Our client contacted Nicholls water credits understanding that the Nicholls Team were experienced with Water Neutrality and Water Credits, to seek help with their planning appeal as their planning permission had previously been held up due to Water Neutrality.

About the Project
Our client was applying for change of use for an existing community building to residential use and providing six new dwellings.
The application had been held up for some time seeking a solution to Water Neutrality. Our client was able to use the Water Credits obtained from an offsetting site and meet the requirements to gain approval from Natural England.
The planning was granted at appeal, enabling our client to undertake the conversion works.
