About the Project
Nicholls worked closely with the hotel to design, supply and install the complete water offsetting solution to provide 100% of the hotel and spa’s water requirements. The volume of water required meant that the system needed an Environment Agency abstraction licence which the Nicholls Team were able to complete, having undertaken this process many times for numerous other clients.
Working with the experienced Nicholls Water Credit Team our client has been able to sell the water credits to various developers which paid for the installation of the system and provide a significant boost to the hotel’s finances, along with a significant annual saving on ongoing water bills.
The Nicholls Servicing and Maintenance Team will look after the system into the future.
