First Water Credit Programme Approved in Horsham District
Objective
To create Water Neutrality for a six house development in Storrington which was a planning condition imposed when planning permission was issued prior to Natural England imposing Water Neutrality.

About the Project
Nicholls worked closely with the developer and a third party land owner to create Water Credits for Neutrality on the new development. Nicholls were able to use Water Credits from one of their many offsetting sites for this programme.
Once the conditions were successfully discharged, the developer was then able to move to the construction phase, with four of the properties being self builds.
